I love this one of Jane. She was just NOT getting tired of me taking pictures (can you believe that of an 11 year old girl). I took this one on the back of an old truck in Lehi. She looks (and is) just beautiful and sweet.
That is such a great picture!! You are really getting good at taking pictures!! I will have to hire you one day to take my girl's pictures!! I hope you are doing great!!
3 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cake flour (softasilk in a box)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) real butter!
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 12oz package of milk chocolate chips
Heat oven to 375,
combine flour, cake flour, baking powder and baking soda and set aside...
combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl. (I beat butter first and then add sugars) beat until creams (2-3 minutes) add eggs and vanilla and keep beating scraping bowl ofter until well mixed...
reduce speen and add flour mixture until well mixed and add chips....
I use cookie scoop and baking stone, but drop balls onto cookie sheet...
I bake first batch about 9 minutes and maybe the second one, then do the next bactch at about 8 minutes and the next at 7 and the rest at 7 will be great....my baking stone (and any cookie sheet) gets hotter with all the baking so i decrease the time..test your oven you do not want to over bake these or they will not be chewy....
