Aunt Bird and Janet
We had a great weekend with Brad's Whole Family. We where able to go to Settlement Canyon near Tooele and camp for the weekend (the previous week there were forest fires, so we were not sure if we would be able to go, but thanks to great fire fighters, we were). We borrowed a trailer (remember from May, I may never go back to tents, love the trailers). We had a great evening Friday, but woke to rain Saturday morning (again, love trailers), but it cleared up about 11am and the rest of the weekend was just beautiful. We love spending time with family, we missed our kids (in Vegas), but had a wonderful surprise when Brad's Aunt Bird and Uncle Arnold showed up. Our Niece and her husband brought up a few of their horses, so a few rides were done, a couple of great walks and of course, Brad brought his bike for a couple of rides.
I could just take pictures of the kids all day long and a few of them would let me (Brook and Bailey).

On the way home, Brad and I stopped at the Great Salt Lake. I have driven by at least 300 times or more, but have never stopped and put my feet in and Brad had not since he was a kid, so we stopped and did just that. You have to walk about 1/2 mile to the water (the lake is really low) and then you can wade out for about as far. The water was warm and we had fun.

Fall is fast approaching, but we hope to get in one more camping trip before the snow falls.
